What data we process

Form data: name, email, phone (optional), project site (optional), type of work (optional) and message.

Technical data: for security and operation, the hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a technical and cost proposal (pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Technical data is processed to keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless they lead to a professional engagement.

Processors

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also receives form data as a processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies, analytics or third-party tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. For this reason there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection at any time by writing to studio@argientozitiello.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
